Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order and approved through our returns form or your Doll Smash account.
Cosmetics are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Clothing and accessories may be returned if they are unused, undamaged and have all original labels attached.
Customers are responsible for return postage, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed after the returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for processing, with additional time possible during peak periods, plus up to 72 hours for the refund to appear in your account.
