Product availability
If a product is temporarily unavailable, let us know your email address on the product page and we will get in touch when the product is back in stock.
How do I return my order?
In accordance with the UK’s ‘distance selling’ laws, you have the right to return all of your Doll Smash order within 14 working days of delivery.
The products MUST be returned in the original condition, unopened and with all packaging/hygiene seals intact.
Returns must be accompanied by a completed ‘returns’ form.
How long will it take to get a refund after a return?
You will receive a refund within 14 calendar days of your return. All refunds will be credited to the same bank account which made the original payment. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please get in touch.
Can I exchange my Doll Smash product?
Unfortunately, it not possible to exchange products.
