Delivery & Shipping

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during exceptional circumstances, including courier delays, peak trading periods and adverse weather. Orders can only be shipped to one address per order, and delivery charges are calculated separately for each order.

Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders placed Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, are usually processed on the same or next working day.

• You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

• Delivery times are approximate and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery in the United Kingdom

Royal Mail 48 — 2–3 business days

• The delivery charge is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

• Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.

• A tracking reference will be provided where available.

Deliveries to remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and rural locations, may take longer than the estimated delivery window.

International Delivery

Available international delivery options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order details and available carrier services.

During promotions, seasonal periods or unusually high order volumes, please allow additional time for processing and delivery.

Courier Delays & Address Accuracy

DOLL SMASH cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.
